SECTION 01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and cub99 ("cub99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cub99.lat. SECTION 04 Account Registration

To use the full range of cub99 Services, you are required to register for an Account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Create only one (1) Account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.

cub99 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage. This may involve submitting a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification document, along with proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

cub99 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its users.

SECTION 05 Deposits & Payments

cub99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment channels:

• Boost eWallet
• Maybank Online Transfer
• CIMB Clicks
• Public Bank PBe
• Visa and Mastercard

All deposits are subject to a minimum amount of RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, cub99 may impose deposit limits on individual accounts for risk management or responsible gaming purposes.

cub99 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which cub99 accepts no responsibility.

SECTION 06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at cub99 are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Your Account must have successfully completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Any active Bonus Funds or bets under wagering requirement must be settled before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost): Within 1 business hour for verified accounts.
• Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank): 1 to 3 business days.

SECTION 07 Bonuses & Promotions

cub99 regularly offers bonuses and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus terms applicable across all cub99 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• cub99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They must first satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Wagering Requirements apply to Bonus Funds and, in some cases, the deposit amount used to trigger the bonus. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Stakes funded exclusively from Bonus Funds will not count towards Wagering Requirements for other promotions unless stated.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, low-risk staking patterns, or collusion is considered abuse and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

SECTION 08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on cub99 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — Sportsbook, live casino, slots, or otherwise. These product-specific rules are accessible within each respective section of the Platform.

General betting rules applicable across cub99 include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. cub99 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest error, game malfunction, or violation of these Terms.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay or a sports event, cub99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the cub99 Platform:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users' Accounts, or cub99's backend systems.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in relation to any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.

SECTION 10 Intellectual Property
